How to get to Bamfield, Pacific Rim, Canada:

By land Bamfield BC is accessed by dirt and gravel logging roads only. Head towards Lake Cowichan and Youbou. From there travel the Bamfield
access road for 125 km. Good opportunity to see Black Bears, Deer and Elk. Always be aware of logging trucks and fast moving vehicles while
keeping a keen eye out for the directional signage leading to Bamfield, BC.

When arriving from a mid Vancouver Island and northern Vancouver Island community visitors travel south to Port Alberni, BC. From Port Alberni
one must again travel on gravel logging roads for 85 km. Arriving by sea aboard a boat or float plane is an option too. Bamfield is a short 30
nautical miles from Port Alberni, BC and only 16 nautical miles from Ucluelet, BC when arriving at the Bamfield Fishing Dock or Government Dock.

How to get to Bed and Breakfast:

Drive north from Victoria via Highway 1 to Mill Bay/Cobble Hill. We are located at 3275 Shawnigan Lake Road, 1 km. south of the town of Cobble
Hill.
